WIDTH CORRECTION ADJUSTMENT

Note

Perform this adjustment only when FBT is changed.

Preparation

Connect the DVM (digital voltage meter) (+) lead to connector D10 pin-2 or TPQ27; and (-) lead to connector D10 pin-4.

Procedure

1. Apply a black pattern.

2. Adjust R524 on D-Board so that the voltage on connector D10 pin-2 or TPQ27 is 1.8±0.1V on D-Board.

FOCUS (PART OF T551)

Preparation

Apply a crosshatch pattern with dots.

Procedure

1. Adjust the FOCUS control to obtain the sharpest and clearest dot pattern.

   • F1 focus control adjusts vertically.

   • F2 focus control adjusts horizontally.

   • Use this two controls to adjust focus, until best overall picture is obtained.
